Two years ago I presented the TOTM! community to join me in a Meditation Challenge. Last year I participated in Deepak Chopra's 21-Day Meditation Challenge which I much say was awesome! Well ladies, we're doing it again! And what's even more is this time Deepak Chopra is doing his 21-Day Meditation Challenge too! Deepak Chopra's 21-Day Meditation Challenge is now called Oprah & Depak 21-Day Meditation Challenge Perfect Health.
So our TOTM! Meditation Challenge for March will also incorporate Oprah & Deepak's 21-Day Meditation Challenge Perfect Health as well.
So here's the challenge
Starting today and for the next 29 days you will take 5-15 minutes out to meditate. During your TOTM! you will meditate for a minimum of 15 minutes each day.
