The 3 P's To Juicing

Juicing can be very beneficial to your health.  But often times you feel reluctant to juice because it can be time consuming.
If you follow the 3 P's to juicing you may find it easier than you thought.


1. PLAN
    Think ahead.  How many days will you be juicing.  What is the result you are looking for from juicing.  Will you be juicing fruits? vegetables? or a combination of the two?  Once you have figured that out then you can....
2. PREP
    Prepping your fruits and vegetables for juicing cuts down on time.  Set aside a day for cutting up your fruits and veggies and place them into airtight containers until you are ready to use them.
3. PREPARE
    Now you are ready to juice!  Go the fridge and take out the ingredients that you have already cut up and make a delicious drink!

How to Manage Your TOTM! in the Workplace

It's something that's inevitable for every cycling woman.  If you work full time or part time, there will be a time...Time Of The Month! where you will find yourself at work with your TOTM!  (period for those not in the know).


So how do you manage your period in the workplace?  For some women, having her period is not something she wants to broadcast to the office, especially if it's a male-dominate environment.
